Robin Fleming holds a degree in Public Relations/Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago. Along with former c-suite corporate positions she has served on the International Council of Fashion Designers, the Board of Miami Fashion Week and as the Fashion Editor for the Polo Morning Line.

 

As a designer/fashion stylist, Robin's career highlights include founding the gown shop LA CASA HERMOSA (2005), designing the 90th Anniversary Miss America doll in collaboration with Madame Alexander Doll Company, debuting DUCHESA bridal line at Miami Fashion week and named the official eveningwear designer for Dancing With The Stars. Her expertise has been showcased on hundreds of winners at state/national levels, including Nana Meriweather for both Miss Maryland USA 2012/Miss USA 2012, and Kamie Crawford both Miss Maryland Teen USA/MISS TEEN USA 2010. Fleming has worked with multiple international titleholders competing at Miss Universe and many celebrities on the Vanity Fair red carpet at the Oscars and other televised events.

 

Fleming produced the California USA program as Executive Director for three consecutive years, and is currently in her 6th year producing the Miss Florida USA competition. Most recently Robin is celebrating the accomplishments of the Florida USA Organization fielding the highest ranking duo placement for the State of Florida in over 70 years, with the 2021 MISS TEEN USA Breanna Myles, and Miss USA 2nd RU, Ashley Carino.

Fleming’s passion for giving back through community service includes working with The For Paul Foundation and the Best Buddies Organization, and empowering young women across the state to engage in their communities. As a daughter, sister, mother and self-made business woman, Fleming is passionate about empowering women to pursue their dreams and offering young women opportunities through the Girlbossing Inc. Organization.
