With a schedule full of fun the final day of Miss Florida Teen USA Pre Tape Weekend began very early Sunday morning at The Marriott Hollywood Beach on the world famous Broadwalk. We were there before the dawn as we began shooting at 6:30am and didn’t break until we were finished. The perfect light and beautiful pictures were the rewards for getting up early. But for such an early hour everyone was in great spirits.

 

Our thirty two delegates spent the morning modeling our La Casa Hermosa and Elan_USA wardrobe collections. They then hit the beach and modeled the Desiree Nercessian Miss Florida Teen USA Prize Collection. But all during the day one thing was talked about and anticipated long before Sunday. That was our annual chicken fighting competition! All of the delegates hit the beach for one last event of the day. The mad dash to the water culminated the finale as al that was left was to stage the competition. After a lot of splashing the championship was a seven way tie as there were no losers as smiles and laughs were heard well inland.  

 

Then we all huddled for one last hurrah as we all said goodbye to our new pageant friends. But they all will return this October as our Miss Florida Teen USA 2012 Pageant will award the tiara to our states champion of teenage pageantry!
