The Miss Florida USA 2012 Pre-tape Weekend began Thursday morning at The Westin Diplomat Resort on Hollywood Beach. With an early morning call the delegates meet in our very own cabana with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. With the eighteen delegates who joined the open call we had two of our clothe sponsors on the schedule as well as some other modeling sequences to be shown during the July 16^th broadcast.

 

Despite the tropical conditions of cloud’s and wind we made the surroundings look calm and tranquil as Desiree Nercessian was first up with her collection of Swimsuits. From the beach to pool deck it was fashion on parade as we shot two different swimsuit segments for broadcast. During the fourteen setups the sun came out as a sign that the pageant gods were on our side. Under the direction of choreographer Vicki Davis the ladies channeled their inner supermodel as the HD camera’s caught all of the action.

 

Then we hit the upper deck of the multi-layered pool for our third setup of the day as we featured the casual ware of Elan International. It was all about the dress as another ten titleholders put their best modeling foot forward as each received their own close-ups. After a final group shot fountain side at the convention center it was time to call wrap for the first of the four day pageant weekend.
