Miss Panhandle USA &  Miss Panhandle Teen USA August 21, 2011     Ms. Lolli introduces herself  while Ms. Harrison  models for the judges and audience     The Road To Hollywood made its annual August North Florida stop at Sunday’s Miss Panhandle USA & Miss Panhandle Teen USA Pageants. The beautiful Emerald Coast Convention Center on Ft. Walton Beach hosted the event that kicked off the new year with a bang. The afternoon began with the eight Miss Panhandle USA and Teen USA contestants introducing themselves for the audience and judges to see. Then they presented themselves with introductions in either red (Miss USA) or white (Teen USA) opening wardrobes.   Then the hostesses for the afternoon matinee were Miss Panama City Beach USA 2013 Brooke Brown and Miss Capital City Teen USA 2012 Jessica Rumbach who got the party started! The lead the delegates through the traditional competitions onstage and continued the evening’s great energy. Swimwear and Evening Gowns of the delegates choosing was the order of the evening. Then it was a time for the delegates to tackle the random interview questions onstage with assistance from Miss Panama City Beach Teen USA 2012 Caroline Bell.      Miss Doberig (blue), Miss Chagnon (aqua) and Miss Leach (pink)  in swimwear of their choosing.     Rochelle Smith (light blue), Kathryn Rampley (pink) and  Miss Libby (peach) in the Evening Gown Competition.     After a brief intermission it was time to announce the results starting with The Teen USA Division: 1st Runner Up was a tie between Summer Leach and Hannah Doberig Miss Gulf Coast Teen USA 2012 is Ellison Libby Miss Panhandle Teen USA 2012 is Alexandra Chagnon   Then it was on to announce the results in the Miss USA division;  Miss Gulf Coast USA 2013is Asleigh Lolli Miss Panhandle USA 2013 is Caitlin Harrison       Miss Chagnon  winning moments       What a great pageant it was as we enjoyed the revival of the Panhandle USA pageant tradition. Congratulations to Miss Libby, Miss Chagnon and Ms. Lolli and Ms. Harrison on their titles and entries to state in Hollywood. Now we head south to Palm Beach Gardens for Sunday’s August season finale of the inaugural Miss Palm Beach Gardens USA Pageant.
