Miss Delray Beach USA &  Miss Delray Beach Teen USA May 17, 2009         The Road To Hollywood made its forth and final stop of the season in Palm Beach County for the first Miss Delray Beach USA & Miss Delray Beach Teen USA Pageants. Set up in for a fashion show setting before an enthusiastic crowd at The Delray Beach Golf Club the event was standing room only. The evening began with the five Miss Delray Beach USA contestants and nine Miss Delray Beach Teen USA contestants on parade for the standing room audience and judges to see. Then they presented themselves with introductions in their custom made t-shirts with pink sashes for the Teen USA delegates and black sashes for the USA delegates.       Courtney Williams introduces herself to the audience       Miss Roberts has a question for Ieshia Gray during the onstage interview segment       After the opening Pageant Director Rhonda – Williams Turner introduced the hostesses for the evening Miss Miami Gardens USA 2010 Brittany Freeman and Miss Palm Beach County USA 2010 Linnie Suppal. They lead the delegates through the traditional competitions onstage and continued the evening’s great energy. Swimwear and Evening Gowns of the delegates choosing was the order of the evening. Then it was a time for the delegates to tackle the random interview questions onstage. That was co-hosted by Miss Palm Beach County Teen USA Kara Roberts who handled the questions.       Miss Cooper (yellow), Ms. Woods (cream) and Ms. Weiler (white) in the Evening Gown Competition.         Myia Beaver (yellow), Miss Reis (orange with wrap) and Ms. Mitchner (black) in swimwear of their own choosing.         After a brief intermission it was time to announce the results as the following finalist are qualified to compete at state later this year. Miss Photogenic was awarded to Tamera Hudgeon and Miss Amity was presented to Natasha Cooper. Then it was time to announce the results starting with The Teen USA Division:   2nd Runner Up is Yohanna Reis   1st Runner Up is Natasha Cooper Miss Delray Beach Teen USA 2010 is Jakel Osborne!   Then it was on to announce the results in the Miss USA division;  2nd Runner Up is Ceria Mitchner 1st Runner Up is Samantha Weiler  Miss Delray Beach USA 2010 is Chassidy Woods!       Miss Osborne is the first Miss Delray Beach Teen USA!         What a great pageant it was as Rhonda Williams-Turner and The Delray Beach Pageant Team who deserved a round of congratulations on producing an outstanding pageant! Also congratulations to Miss Osborne and Ms. Woods on their titles and entries to state in Hollywood!
