Miss Delray Beach USA &  Miss Delray Beach Teen USA April 10, 2010     Brianna Hammond introduces herself to the audience     The Road To Hollywood made its forth and final stop of the season in Palm Beach County for the second annual Miss Delray Beach USA & Miss Delray Beach Teen USA Pageants. Held at the Pompey Recreation Center before an enthusiastic crowd the event was accented by a very loud and receptive crowd. The evening began with the five Miss Delray Beach USA contestants and eight Miss Delray Beach Teen USA contestants on parade for the standing room audience and judges to see. Then they presented themselves with introductions in their black slacks and red tops for the Teen USA delegates and black slacks and black tops for the USA delegates.   After the opening the hostesses for the evening were introduced as Miss Miramar Teen USA 2011 Dariana Ramirez and Miss Miramar USA 2011 Marjorie Acosta took to the podium and lead the delegates through the traditional competitions onstage and continued the evening’s great energy. Swimwear and Evening Gowns of the delegates choosing was the order of the evening. Then it was a time for the delegates to tackle the random interview questions onstage.         Miss Jones (yellow), Miss Cline (pink) and Ms. Marchelos (blue) in swimwear of their own choosing.       Miss Marchelos (silver), Yohanna Reis (blue) and Krystal Hull (red) in the Evening Gown Competition.       After a brief intermission it was time to announce the results as the following finalist are qualified to compete at state later this year. Miss Photogenic was awarded to Yohanna Reis (USA) and Shaniece Haywood (Teen USA) while Miss Amity was presented to Amaris Graham (Teen USA) and Krystal Hull (USA) who have now qualifier for the state competitions later this year.     Then it was time to announce the results starting with The Teen USA Division: 3rd Runner Up is Taylor Jones 2nd Runner Up is Caitlin Cline  1st Runner Up is Marionna Marcheles    Miss Delray Beach Teen USA 2011 is Rachel Gibbons!       Miss Gibbons is the new Miss Delray Beach Teen USA! /   Ms. Gutierrez acknowledges her audience       Then it was on to announce the results in the Miss USA division;  2nd Runner Up is Jasmine Robinson 1st Runner Up is Victoria Marcheles  Miss Delray Beach USA 2011 is Jennifer Gutierrez!       Team Delray Beach USA 2011 and Royal Court       What a great pageant it was as Rhonda Williams-Turner and The Delray Beach Pageant Team who deserved a round of congratulations on producing an outstanding pageant! Also congratulations to Miss Gibbons and Ms. Gutierrez on their titles and entries to state in Hollywood! Up next is our Super Pageant Weekend as venture north on I-75 with Miss Pasco County later this evening and then on both ends of I-95 on Sunday as we celebrate pageantry in Jacksonville and Miami.
