Miss Coral Gables USA &  Miss Coral Gables Teen USA January 15, 2012   The Road to State continued the 2012 opening weekend by heading south to Miami-Dade County for the eighth annual Miss Coral Gables USA Pageant with six delegates competing for the titles. Held at the Coral Gables High School Theater this was a fun and lively event that saw a rowdy crowd supporting this year’s delegates. In charge of hosting the event was Melissa Ramirez (Miss Miami USA 2012) as she kept the crowd enthused all day.   The audience came to cheer on as they introduced themselves in their white outfits for the Teen USA delegates and red outfits for the Miss USA delegates in honor of the upcoming Valentines Day! Up first was the onstage interview competition with the delegates giving speeches about themselves then answering onstage questions chosen in a blind draw. Then the swimsuit competition had the delegates competed in solid colored one or two piece suits of their own choosing. The competition ended with comparison judging as a group. Then it was time for everyone’s favorite The Evening Gown Competition was up next. Fashion was on display as the delegate competed in gowns of their own choosing.   The it was time for the announcement of the final results were announced as the new  Miss Coral Gables Teen USA 2013 is Jackie Garcia-Casals!   The final results of the evening awaited the Miss Coral Gables USA contestants as  Miss Coral Gables USA 2013 is Vania Pedraja!   What an amazing afternoon of pageantry as Miss Florida USA returned to The City Beautiful. Special thanks to our hard working volunteers who made this a memorable afternoon. Also congratulations to Miss Garcia-Casals and Ms. Pedraja as they make up Team Coral Gables USA 2012!  Now the Road To Hollywood ventures North on I-75 to Lee County for tonight’s Miss Ft.
