Miss Broward County USA &  Miss Broward County Teen USA May 30, 2010   The cast at the opening of the show     The Road To Hollywood made its final stop of the season with the fifth edition of the Miss Broward County USA & Miss Broward County Teen USA Pageants. Set up in for a fashion show setting before an enthusiastic crowd at The El Palacio Hotel as the event was standing room only. The evening began with the five Miss Broward County USA contestants and five Miss Broward County Teen USA contestants on parade for the standing room audience and judges to see. Then they presented themselves with introductions in either red (Miss USA), white (Little Sisters) or blue (Teen USA) opening wardrobes.      Ms. Moran answers her onstage question / Miss Ferguson  introduces herself to the judges and audience     Then Pageant Director Rafael Gallego introduced the hostesses for the evening Miss Miramar Teen USA 2011 Dariana Ramirez and Miss Miramar USA 2011 Marjorie Acosta. They lead the delegates through the traditional competitions onstage and continued the evening’s great energy. Swimwear and Evening Gowns of the delegates choosing was the order of the evening. Then it was a time for the delegates to tackle the random interview questions onstage.       The Miss Broward County USA cast in swimwear of their choosing.     Miss Abel (pink), Ms. Kim (white) and Ms. Scales (yellow) in the Evening Gown Competition.     After a brief intermission it was time to announce the results starting with The Teen USA Division: 2nd Runner Up is Ariel Abel   1st Runner Up is Dara D’Amato Miss Broward County Teen USA 2011 is Natasha Cooper!     Miss Cooper is the new Miss Broward County Teen USA! /  Ms. Small’s crowning moment     Then it was on to announce the results in the Miss USA division;  2nd Runner Up is Pauline Kim 1st Runner Up is Jenna Marie Scales Miss Broward County USA 2011 is Megan Small!     What a great pageant it was as Rafael Gallego and The Crowning in Excellence Team who deserved a round of congratulations on producing an outstanding pageant! Also congratulations to Miss Cooper and Ms. Small on their titles and entries to state in Hollywood! After 9 months and 104 titles the Road to Hollywood 2011 is officially closed. Thank you to our hard working staff, volunteers, delegates, families, sponsors, directors and everyone who as supported us this year.
