For the second time under the direction of the Miss Florida USA Home Office, The Miss Broward County Fair Pageant is now an official, unofficial qualifier. Held on the main stage at the Pembroke Pines site, four Miss USA and seven Miss Teen USA contestants took the stage to an enthusiastic audience. Hosted by Miss Broward County Fair 2011 Jennifer Gutierrez and Miss Broward County Teen USA 2012 Catarina Combs they kept the show pace lively before the enthusiastic audience on the beautiful fall afternoon.   The evening started with self-introductions to begin the two competitions. In a unique twist sportswear was the second wardrobe change. While modeling their favorite sports attire the delegate presented a speech about themselves followed by a blind draw question/ This allowed the audience and judges could to gain insight into their accomplishments and speaking abilities as the competition began. Then it was the audience’s favorite as fashion was on display in the Evening Gown competition. Being an unofficial qualifier there was no swimsuit competition.       Sukaina Tancrede (two tone gold), Ms. Price  (red) and Ms. Aguirre  (white) in evening gowns of their own choosing     After the judging was over it was time for the Miss Broward County Fair Teen (USA) Results: The 1st Runner Up is Louiseana Perez The first ever Miss Dania Beach Teen USA is Alexi Gropper The new Miss Broward County Fair Teen (USA) is Samantha Puglisi!   Then the Miss Broward County USA Delegates were asked to move center stage for the results: A tie for the 1st Runner Up position with both Nova Lishon-Savarino and Audreya Price claiming the placement while it was announced a split vote between the four judges left and an unbreakable tie for the top placing so these titles were awarded in this order; The first ever Miss Dania Beach USA 2013 is Faith Jacobson The new Miss Broward County Fair (USA) is Michelle Aguirre      Miss Puglisi and Ms. Aguirre’s winning moment     Congratulations to Miss Gropper. Ms. Jacobson, Miss Puglisa and Ms. Aguirre as each win’s a ticket to Hollywood and the state championships! A big hand also goes to our friends at the Broward County Fair and their outstanding group of volunteers who made this a memorable evening.
