Miss Pembroke Pines USA & Miss Pembroke  Pines/Broward County Teen USA March 25, 2007   The Road to Miss Florida USA took a quick trip up I-95 to the Broward County city of Pembroke Pines for the third annual Miss Pembroke Pines USA Pageants on Saturday afternoon. Produced by Halavin Productions at El Palacio Hotel as three Miss USA and three Miss Teen USA delegates competed for the two titles and tickets to Hollywood.       Jasmine Avery during the self-introductions       The evening started with our host South Florida Sports Personality Jason Alpert and hostess Lindsay Shockey, Miss Pembroke Pines USA 2007 greeted the enthusiastic audience. Up first it was the contestant introductions in their opening outfits. With the theme of the pageant Country Western our delegates started the pageant by introducing themselves to the audience and judges.       Kayla O’Brien during the preliminary interview competition     While the delegates were changing it was time to introduce the judges responsible for selecting the evening’s winner. The swimsuit competition was first as the delegates wore one or two-piece suits of there own choosing. Then it was everybody’s favorite the evening gown competition. First the teen delegates and then the miss delegates all had the chance to show off their personal fashion sense. Then the finalists returned onstage for one last chance to make an impression on the judges with the interview questions.   Now all was left was to announce the special prizes and the results for the Miss Pembroke Pines Teen USA division. Once again these winners are qualified for state: Miss Amity winners Jamilla Jones & Andrea Ramos; Miss Photogenic winners were Jasmine Avery & Stephanie Welter while the Pageantry Spirit Award went to Jessica White.     Up first were the final announcements in the Teen USA Division : 2nd Runner Up is Kayla O’Brien 1st Runner Up is Jasmine Avery The New Miss Pembroke Pines Teen USA is Jamilla Jones!       Jamilla Jones is the new Miss Pembroke Pines Teen USA 2008!         Then the final announcements for Miss Pembroke Pines USA were made: 2nd Runner Up is Andrea Ramos  1st Runner Up is Stephanie Welter The New Miss Pembroke Pines USA is Jessica White!       Jessica White's winning moment         Congratulations to Ms. White and Miss Jones as they represent Pembroke Pines at state.
