Thursday July 10 - South Florida Live
A early start to the morning saw several of our delegates live on the local CW affiliate and their morning show called “South Florida Live”. With a 6:00am call our first delegates were up to demonstrate a good yoga stretch during the morning sunrise. Then the next two groups at 7:00am and 8:00am respectively showed off their swimsuit figures. The morning was lead by their new “hostess” Miss Florida USA Anastagia Pierre who led the segments as our pageant expert. You can check out the video at http://southflorida.sun-sentinel.com/live/

Photo Day
Thursday morning begins promptly at 9:00am with Press Photo Day poolside amongst the tropical surrounding at The Westin Diplomat. The international paparazzi and the local press converge in anticipation of taking the perfect picture with our models. The day started out beautifully as our delegates put the sunshine into this press day.
Preliminary
Interview Competition
The competition began Thursday as for the first time the judges and contestants meet. The first impression was made during the Preliminary Interview Competition that began at 3:30pm and last through the evening. This year at Miss Florida USA the competition consisted of panel style judging. The girls and judges were laughing up a storm, it was so much fun!
Westin
Diplomat Celebratory Dinner:
To thank all of our delegates for their efforts both as titleholders and in preparations for the state competition The Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa has a special dinner. Food stations that include; Prime Rib, Sushi, Pasta and Ice Cream Sundays! It was truly a great ending to The Hollywood Dinning Series as the ladies got to enjoy the best of culinary Hollywood!
