Breakfast at Azia
Wednesday morning started with a contestant breakfast at Azia, the hottest restaurant in South Florida opens up especially for our delegates. Morning announcements are on the agenda and will be led by contestant director Nyasha Zimucha . The delegates leave breakfast with smiling faces and full stomachs!
Rehearsal! Rehearsals! Rehearsals!
Day number two was all about preparing for the international broadcast on Saturday night. Director Jeff Palmer, Assistant Director John “J.B.” Best and choreographer Vickie Davis have the ladies looking fantastic during the first rehearsal day. The Convention Center of The Westin Diplomat provides the rehearsal space, as our delegates are focus on being the best Miss Florida USA show ever!
The Hollywood Dining Series
Las Palmas and Karaoke
As a reward for the delegate’s hard work and effort is good old fashion karaoke! Las Palmas, right on the Intracoastal Waterway of Hollywood, hosts our second night of The Hollywood Dining Series. This beautiful outdoor indoor venue was featured prominently in the movie Too Fast, Too Furious. The fun went on in-spite of the traditional Miss Florida USA tropical depression!
Miss Florida USA Fun Night
After a great dinner the girls are off to the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa for a night of fun, games and teamwork building as Jimmy Jam Productions designed a night just for them. This is definitely an event the young ladies will enjoy! After fun and pageantry it’s off to bed as Thursday begins the competition.
