Hollywood Marshmallow Drop

An Easter tradition in Hollywood is the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Marshmallow Drop and for the first time the Miss Florida USA and Miss Florida Teen USA titleholders and camera’s were a part of the festivities. This shoot will be part of the “Hollywood Lifestyles” segment for the live telecast and also included in the Florida Teen USA Show. It was an early call but a full morning of egg hunts and marshmallows flying out of a helicopter just scream the holidays.

The Miss Florida USA titleholders in attendance were: Chelsea Korka (West Broward); Bridgette Rodriquez (Hispanidad USA 2005); Rachel Rose (Hollywood USA); Lynsey Shockey (Pembroke Pines USA); while the Miss Florida Teen USA titleholders were Alicia Castellano (Pembroke Pines Teen USA); Sarah Callahan (Broward County Teen USA); Krizia Toledo (Hollywood Teen USA); Adriana Pedrique (West Broward Teen USA) and Jillian Wunderlich (Ft. Meyers Teen USA). Montella Park in West Hollywood was the host as the day will be highlighted by a Marshmallow drop to over 2,000 children (and delegates!) waiting below.

With the mad dash for the special colored marshmallows in the background, Ms. Korka presented this unique event to the cameras. Before the featured Marshmallow Drop Miss Pedrique and Miss Wunderlich were hosting their televised special in the Easter Egg Pit. Then it was the entire cast onstage for introductions and then to hand out goodies to the days special winners! Then after meeting the Easter Bunny it was time say goodbye until the next Preliminary Shooting Weekend this April 28th – 30th. As always enjoy the pictures.
